A research visualization platform for drought and forest-health conditions across Arizona and the American Southwest.
EcoMonitor makes reviewed environmental data easier for researchers, land managers, and the public to explore. The initial replacement release presents the weekly U.S. Drought Monitor series while the statewide tree-stress product completes its source and scientific-rendering audit.
The map uses MapLibre and immutable, versioned PMTiles releases for responsive zooming and time-series playback. Approved derived satellite products may be public; licensed raw PlanetScope imagery is never published.
